Introduction

Definitions
- "Client" refers to the individual or family member who engages Oracle 77's services.
- "Caregiver" refers to the individual providing care services on behalf of Oracle 77.
- "Services" refers to the care services provided by Oracle 77, including but not limited to assistance with daily activities, medication management, and companionship.
Payment Terms
- The consultation fee is $1,500, due before completion of the consultation process.
- The care services fee is $3,500, due upon commencement of care services.
- Hourly care rates start at $35 per hour, and may increase depending on the level of care required.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel care services with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Confidentiality
- Oracle 77 will maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
- Client information will only be used to provide care services and verify client needs.
Liability
- Oracle 77 is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the provision of care services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the care services are provided.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- Oracle 77 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions.
